I really need to work on this whole Blogging thing...

Wow, I really suck at blogging. No wonder I only have two followers. I am just so lazy, and I feel as though now one really cares about what I write about.

Well, something big happened yesterday. And by big, I mean super extremely creepy/stalkerish. I used the BYU student directory to find Aussie. On this directory, you can type in a first name, last name, PART of a first name, PART of a last name, or hometown and it will pull up everyone in the school meeting those requirements. Yeah, so I thought I knew Aussie's first name, and it was a pretty common name, so I just thought I would put it in and skim through until I found someone whose hometown was not in the US. Problem? Only about 1/3 of people have their hometowns listed. I was worried. What is Aussie didn't have his hometown listed. I got to the second page, and there was one that had a hometown listed that was not US. So I typed that name into Facebook. And after looking through a couple pictures, I discovered it was Aussie. I had found him. So I proceeded to thoroughly Facebook stalk him. Because I am utterly creepy like that. My friends now understand why I am so in like with this guy.

So in exactly one month, I will be in CALIFORNIA! A few of my friends and I are taking a trip there after the semester ends as a last big huzzah before we part our separate ways. And by separate ways I mean two missions, three of us living together, and one living somewhere else. We are so excited! We are going to go to Disneyland and to the beach and stuff like that!

I am sooooo ready for this semester to be over. BYU doesn't get a spring break, so I am getting really antsy at this time.

Anyway, this is all I have to say right now. Don't believe me? Ask a salmon.

Peace Out.

This weekend. And Last weekend. And stuff. And even Youtube Tuesday.

Let's see here. My last real post was A WHOLE ENTIRE MONTH AGO. No lie. Wow, I am so much lazier than I thought. Well, I guess I should let you know what's been up.

Aussie Update: He sat by me. On Valentine's day. Now we are engaged. OK, that's a lie. I didn't even talk to him. Why? Because I am a scaredy pants. Also, I think he might be on to me, because the other day he walked into class, and I had successfully kept a seat open right next to me, at the end of the row, just so he would take the first seat he saw, and he looked at the seat, then walked up three rows and walked over someone to sit in the middle of the row. That's right, he would rather inconvenience someone and crawl over them awkwardly than sit by me. I am completely convinced I have absolutely no chance with him. At all. Maybe he stalked my facebook, or read this blog and now is completely creeped out by me. I think that is a reasonable explanation.
This is how I felt after the Australian sat by me on Valentine's day.

Since I can't exactly think back to a month ago to tell you about my life, I will have to just tell you about the past couple of weeks. Nope, I can't even remember that far back. I have a horrible memory. Like super bad. Like Dory status. I can remember P Sherman 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney and that's about it. I'm surprised I even remember my name. Seriously.

Well, I do remember last Sunday, Haley, Spencer, Tyler, and I went for a drive around Utah. It was so much fun! We went through all these small towns, played on a playground covered in snow, and listened to the Fireside that was on that night. We found this cool looking house for sale, and we were going to call to see how much it was, then we remembered it was Sunday, so they probably wouldn't answer. At the playground, my tights got soaking wet from the snow, so I had to take them off, which was kinda awkward since I haven't shaved my legs in 5 months. (TMI? Sorry. But not really.) Later we found some goats and sheep, so we pulled up and started "baa"-ing at them. It was really funny! Overall it was just a really fun day!
Me, Tyler, Spencer, and Haley driving around.

Funny sign we saw at the playground. I don't know why, but it is just funny!

Yes, my vehicle is naked, thank you for asking! :P

Uhhhhhh........

Cool ice tower thing seen on our drive.

On Monday, we played a bunch of games for FHE. I combined my group with Julianne's group and Haley's group. Now we have a normal number of people show up. Haha! It's pretty fun!

On Tuesday, I got an email from my Advertising teacher saying that we needed to make a Twitter. So, I have a twitter. You can follow me if you want. @kaileighbow It's super exciting. Actually, I don't like twitter, so I was not happy I had to make an account. Also, my teacher told us we could get extra credit for being one of the first 10 people to get a picture with a statue of Captain America. I was one of those ten people. :)
Me with the statue of Captain America!

On Wednesday last week, Haley and I went to the mall because she needed to get her mom a birthday present. We ended up spending a lot more time than we originally planned to there. It was fun though, so it's ok. I also got a cute lace shirt/dress/thing for only $5, which is pretty awesome, if you ask me. Later, Haley, Spencer, Tyler, and I played Slender. And oh my goodness, that game is soooooo creepy! We were in Haley's room during visiting hours and we turned off the lights in her room and the hall. We were all legitimately scared. Those people are pretty fun people.

On Thursday, I had an adventure with Spencer and Haley. It involved peanuts, sunflower seeds, spitting, a room full of a crapload of chairs for some strange reason, and me singing nursery rhymes. It was pretty fun. I also took my advertising test, and got...... 100%!!! Wooo!! It was soooo exciting!
The room full of chairs. Really random.

You see that one on the top? That's mine!!

On Friday, Devery, Spencer, Julianne, Tyler, and I went to Night at the HFAC, which was just like this big free party at the Harris Fine Arts Center on campus. They had performances all over the place, and food, and karaoke. No one would sing karaoke with me, so I awkwardly sang Call Me Maybe alone. Luckily, everyone knows that song and they jammed out to it.

Saturday, my floor had a temple trip planned. The Provo temple was crazy packed though, so we went to the Timpanogas temple. That looked really busy too, but there were three weddings going on, so we figured it wouldn't be too busy inside. We were wrong. There was a three hour wait. Well, a lot of us had stuff to do and we didn't want to be getting back super late, so we left and went and got lunch. That night I went to Zuppa's for dinner with Sam, Devery, Colin, Spencer, and Spencer's cousin. Then we watched Mobster's and Mormons. We also watched American Mormons. They were both so funny!
Timpanogas Temple

Sunday was not super exciting. I slept a lot after church. I guess I needed to catch up on sleep or something.

Yesterday, we decorated cake for FHE. We also played Mafia. After FHE I went with Haley and Julianne to the creamery. I got a milkshake. The girl that made my milkshake was a little too excited, I think. It was kinda weird. After that, I watched the newest episode of Once Upon a Time (I totally called it! Just saying.) and then my head really hurt so I took a shower and went to bed.

I had the worst night's sleep ever last night. Like EVER. It was even worse than when I was sick the week of graduation. I was burning up and sweating and tossing and turning and having strange dreams. I did not want to get up this morning, but I did. I'm feeling a lot better now, but I'm going to take a nap before my class later this afternoon.

Well, yup. I need to sleep now, so peace out!

New Look, Same Great Taste

Well, my blog has a brand new look! I've been meaning to do this for a while now, and I think it looks a heck of a lot better! It's still not super fancy like all the blogs I blog-stalk, but I love it! Hopefully along with a new look, there will be new blogging habits formed. I'm going to try to post twice a week. I don't know if I can do that, seeing as I am the laziest person ever, but I will try!

Also, to go along with my new blog, I would love if you would follow my blog. I know lots of you read it when I post it on facebook, but if you could actually click that "Follow me" button under my picture, that would be fan-freakin-tastic! Like seriously, if I actually get people to follow my blog, I might be able to do giveaways or guest blog on other people's blogs and become blog-famous! So follow me, share me, pin me, tweet me, and love me!

That's all for now, I will try to post a life update soon, since I have a super exciting life! Peace out!

Life is Grand!

Life has been pretty good to me lately.
Update on the Aussie in my Book of Mormon class: I still have not talked to him. And I don't know if I ever will be able to do that. Because every time I hear him talk in class my heart races and I melt into a puddle. I can only imagine what would happen if I ever tried to talk to him.

My friends, Haley and Julianne, and I have decided to live with each other next fall. We spent all last week reading the BYU Housing guide, looking up apartment websites, looking up reviews of apartments, visiting the housing fair, and actually going to several apartment complexes we were interested in. We would just walk up to a door, knock, and ask if we could look around. Julianne and I went on Thursday and got it narrowed to a few that we took Haley to. We finally decided on a complex after looking in three different apartments and hearing nothing but positive feedback from everyone living there. We are so excited! We have already started planning how we are going to decorate and stuff. The only problem, there are three of us, and we are getting a 4-person apartment. So, not only will we have a random girl who has to live with us (poor girl), but one of us will have to share a room with her, while the other two get to room together. We are all kinda avoiding talking about how we will decide who has to room with the random girl. But, I know we will have to just do it. It's really not a big deal, but it also kinda is. But, I'm sure it will all work out, and be great! :)

On Saturday, we celebrated Julianne's birthday! We went shopping, and out to dinner, then went and played Sardines in the HFAC. Afterwards, we went to the Creamery on Ninth, and got ice cream. We had fun and found some pretty awesome hiding spots. We also may have accidentally stalked a group date that was going on. They were in the HFAC, and then we saw them at the creamery. Haha!

And, on Sunday, I officially became a woman. I finally saw The Notebook. And I cried. It was so good! :)

Oh, and I got new jeans, since four pairs of my jeans ripped. FOUR! Including my purple jeans. (I am still trying to find a good replacement for those.) But one of my new pairs of jeans are polka-dotted with little hearts. They are soo cute! :)

Well, that's all for now, peace out!

Youtube Tuesday "Facial Disgracial!"

So, on Friday, I went with my friends Haley and Tyler to the Kid History episode 10 premier! It was right here at BYU, and all of the Kid History people were there! We watched a couple of the other episodes, and they talked to us about how it got started and all that jazz. Throughout the whole thing, they showed sneak peeks of episode 10. After a while, it was finally time to show episode 10. And it was soooooo good!! :) I had so much fun! Unfortunately, the line to actually meet the cast afterwards was WAAAAY long, so Haley, Tyler and I left and got food then went and watched Pitch Perfect with some more of our friends.

(By the way, I definitely watched Pitch Perfect 5 times last week....)

So without further ado, Kid History Episode 10!

Isn't it just great? I LOVE it!!!

Well, it is definitely snowing outside, so I am drinking hot chocolate. :) Its especially good since  its dark hot chocolate.
Showing my school pride while drinking hot chocolate! ;)

It's Gotta be Fate. There is No Other Explanation.

What has got to be fate? Well, on Thursday last week, I went to Book of Mormon, like normal, and sat in my normal seat, and everything was just normal. Then my teacher asked a question. A boy sitting in the back raised his hand and answered. That is when I knew. I knew that I am going to marry that boy. It's inevitable. How did I know this? Because he had an Australian accent and started answering by saying "when I was on my mission...." An Australian RM in my non-RM Book of Mormon class? Uhm, I'm pretty sure that is God's way of telling me to marry him. Why else would he have been put in MY class? Me, the girl freakishly obsessed with Australian accents, who everyone says is going to be the first person in the group married. So, tomorrow, I am going to sit next to him, introduce myself, keep it cool. But probably what will happen is I will just chicken out and sit in my normal seat hoping he will talk again. Because I'm lame like that.

And if that doesn't work out, one of my home teachers is going to Australia on his mission. (He is going to end up with the COOLEST accent ever. He already has a cool combination of accents, so through Australian into the mix, and it will just get more awesome.)

So, at least I have options.

Kinda.

Not really.

I'm pathetic.

I Can't Come Up With A Creative Title For This....

So, this has been a pretty good weekend! I finally made my friends watch Pitch Perfect! And, of course, they liked it! I mean what's not to like? And I may be listening to the soundtrack on repeat.....

On Monday, my friends and I went to see our beautiful friend Julianne perform in the musical Side Show. It was a pretty funny show! Although, the theater was pretty lame. Haley and I had just about the most perfect seats! We were in the second row, the the seats in front of us were reserved for the actors (becasue they used them in a few of the scenes), so it was almost like having front row seats! It was cool!

Yesterday, I went to my Book of Mormon class and to the forum and to lunch with my friends. Then I went back to my room and took a shower and straightened my hair. I never ever straighten my hair, but I did! (It took an hour...) The only reason I straightened my hair was because I have my advertising class Tuesday nights, and there a a bunch of cute RMs in that class. Last night we were picking out groups for our big advertising project, and I didn't want to be stuck being the only person without a group and have to force my way into a group that didn't want me. Well, I found a group. And the group happens to be me, and 4 guys! SCORE! Haha! I'm pretty excited! I think three of them are RMs, so that just is an added bonus!
Me with my hair all straight!
Also last night, I got all my last minute homework done (including a lab I didn't know was due today!) and I watched a movie with my friend Haley for her Russian club. It was really bizzare, but pretty funny.

Today has been alright. In geology, we exploded soda. (In case you were wondering, Diet Dr. Pepper works just as well as Diet Coke. But use Coke, cuz who wants to waste Dr. Pepper?)

Well, that's all folks! Peace Out!
